Microchip ID

A microchip is a small, electronic chip enclosed in a glass cylinder that is about the same size of a grain of rice. It is activated by a scanner that is passed over the area, and the radioactive waves put out by the scanner activate the chip. The chip transmits the identification number to the scanner, which displays the number on the screen. The chip is injected under the skin using a hypodermic needle. The chip can help you find your lost pet. When a pet is found it is scanned for a microchip which will bring up the owners information to be able to contact you about your pet being found. Be sure to update your info often to make sure if your pet runs away you can be contacted!
